new window for web page

Whenever a link causes a web page to open in a new
window, the new window only comes up "half-size", and I
have to maximize the new page every time.

This problem just started today, and I can't figure out
how to fix it.

Any suggestions?

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
