New window doesn't open in Windows XP-SP2 but open in Windows-2000

I am having problem to open a link of HP web-site from my home computer which
has Windows XP-SP2 and IE 6.0 but same web-site does open from another PC
which has Windows-2000 and IE 6.0

I tried with following things but couldn't get success

--> disable pop-up feature of SP2 and also google toolbar.
--> Run regsvr32 urlmon.dll and below all files and restart computer
Shdocvw.dll
• Msjava.dll
• Actxprxy.dll
• Oleaut32.dll
• Mshtml.dll
• Browseui.dll
• Shell32.dll

I am now frustrated with this problem. Pl help me..........Thanks in

Ditto above....the only thing I did was delete adobe trial
software...possible connection? Still looking for answer. It is beyond
frustrating

Did you try uninstalling/installing IE 6.0? I am gonna try today.

SAME HERE
fixes did not work for me. but when link does't open new window I found that
if i open another window then go back to other window click on link that
opens new window then right click on blank window the new one pops up

I tried with repairing Windows Xp-SP2 but it didn't work.
