Hi:

I've set-up a separate user on my computer which uses XP. This new user
cannot access the internet using IE. Can you tell me what I have done wrong
or what I have missed.

Nope because our crystal balls aren't working. Now how about you telling us
what "cannot access the internet using IE" means.

Does it mean

a) They can access using Netscape, Opera, or some other 3rd-party
browser.

or

b) They cannot access the internet at all?

If the latter, can they connect?
