New Users

I recently upgrated to Xp from Me... I have created
three additional users and have named each one as
instructed... When either one of the three new users log
on, just the basic programs are available to them. How
do I get other programs sucs as "AIM" to be available to
the new users? Thanks.
 
Signon to your userid which I would assume has administrator rights.
Right click on the start button and select Explore All Users. Move the
shortcuts that were installed under your ID to the All Users start menu.
They will now appear for each user of the system.
