new URL opens on existing browser

Hi,
I've created 2 shortcuts for 2 different URLs. When i
double click 2nd short cut (assume i've opened the Ist
shortcut already), it gets opened on the existing Ist
browser, not on the new browser? How can i make it to open
in a new window?
