New Update every day

[Harry Tennison]

I am running Windows XP Pro with Office XP Pro. And
since June 22 2004 I have had the same update everytime I
turn on my computer. This update is Micrsoft Data Aaccess
Component KB870669. Normally I wouldnt care but it is
causing my computer to take 11 minutes to startup. I
know I can not be the only person having this issue but I
can not find any reference to it anywhere. Somebody
please help me.
