How can I add one more SCSI harddisk in the existing 3
harddisk chain(Raid) on SBS2000.

Howdie,

It is software RAID(built in with Windows2000 server)

You can't extend a RAID 5. I'm not able to find a specific KB-Article for
SBS 2000 but i'm sure this article also applies to SBS:

Important for you is the last sentence in this article.

I think the only way you can do that is to backup all the data, delete the
existing RAID and create a new with the new HDD.
