Linux Puppy just doesn't seem to be coming up in the
search results, when I feed in "AI_RecycleBin".
It could be put there by Advanced Installer, as per this thread.
Especially if you find it in the System32 folder.

It also seems to show up in some malware reports. Would
malware use Advanced Installer to install itself ? That
seems a little too weird. If you're malware, you don't
really want to leave a lot of footprints behind.
It could be, the AI_RecycleBin was there from a previous
Windows program installation. Check the date on the folder,
or dates on files, and see what that tells you.
If Linux is going to use anything, it'll use WUBI.
