New program won't run

I just downloaded my quicktax 2007 program to do my income tax (as i have
done each year for a number of years) however, this year I have vista and the
program although installed will not launch. I have tried running it as
administrator but no difference. Everytime I try I get the following message

Quicktax 2007 is compatible with Vista according to the website. I
would call or email the companies tech support for help.
 
I would uninstall it, reboot and start the installer with the 'run as admin'
rights.
I would also make sure to install it outside the default 'program files'
folder as Vista has a problem with programs that try to write their data
there.
 
Try this: Run it as administrator AND install it in the Documents folder
instead of the Program Files folder.
