new problem about RPC

I have difficulties installing the patch file. There's a
pop-up error message indicated :"Setup could not verity
the integrity of the file Update.inf. Make sure the
Cryptographic service is running on this computer." What
should I do? Any idea? Thanks in advance!..

Although there are other methods, recently people are reporting
success via

Go to Start, Run... and type:
regsvr32 wintrust.dll
[Enter]
Then try to run the patch again
