New POP email account

I am trying to set up a NetZero email account in Outlook
Expr 6. I have followed the instructions exactly. The
NZ acct shows up in Tools > Accounts > Mail and when I
click properties servers are set up per NZ's
instructions. NZ is set as the default acct. However,
nothing has changed about the main Folders view. I see
Local Folders and MSN. No folder has been added for NZ.
When I click Send/Receive (either All or just NetZero) it
says it is downloading and sending NZ mail, but I never
see the mail, presumably because there is no folder to
put it in. It does seem to be getting the mail because
if I set it to remove new mail from the server, new mail
disappears from the NZ web mail page.
