New Network connection Wizard

I am looking for a way to script the "New Network Connection" wizard on XP.
I would like to be able to setup multiple XP computers as PPTP server to
support them over a secure connection.
Anybody have any idea how to do that? I can't find any VBScript for that and
any Batch command that could help me

set up a script that would automate this task...
