New MS office Outlook does not work "Managed MAPI Service Unknow.

I purchased a new licensed MS Office software pack when I purchased my new
computer. Installed on new computer, which had a defect. Mfgr. replaced the
computer and I reinstalled MS Office. Outlook does not work. "Managed MAPI
- unknown error" message. Any suggestions?
