Greetings,
On my primary PC I have reinstalled MS Office XP because after using the
Office 2007 beta for a few days, it stopped reading my e-mail services.
Uninstalling the beta left Outlook XP in a similar situation and any attempt
to modify or correct the settings caused Outlook to exit. As Office XP was
and upgrade to Office 2000, I uninstalled and reinstalled them from the CDs.
I now get the following error message:
Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the
specified folder location. The .DLL file for the information service could
not be found. MAPI was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be
sure the service is correctly installed and configured.
I located a PSTRX32.DLL and copied it into the Office Program Files folder.
A similar setup, Office 2000, Office XP, Office 2007 beta works perfectly on
my laptop - which I did after several days of good use on the main PC.
Can anyone provide a solution to get the main PC operational again.
Thanks
