error message

I have Outlook 2002 from Office XP for students and teachers. When I try to
opne outlook I get the following message:

Unable to open your default email folders. The .DLL fild for the information
service could not be found. MAPI was unable to load the information service
PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured.

I have tried repairing office from the disk, uninstalling office and
reinstalling office and uninstalling outlook and reinstalling outlook.
Nothing has worked.
