Unable to open Microsoft Outlook

I was using Outlook Express without any problems.
I decided to use Outlook, but cannot open it. An error message indicates
that the computer cannot locate address....
I deleted the entire "Office 2000 Professional" and reloaded "Office 2000
Professional".
It did not work.
I deleted the "Office XP, Small Business" and also "Office 2000 Professional".
Now, I loaded "Office XP, Professional"
It still does not work.
When I click Outlook, it shows
"Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the
specified folder location. The .DLL file for the information service could
not be found. MAPI was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be
sure the service is correctly installed and configured."

What should I do?

Thank you for the reply.

I clicked the "Mail" in the Control Panel" and I
clicked "Outlook" instead of "Microsoft Outlook Internet
Settings" in the "Show Profiles". Now, I can send and
receive messages using Outlook. BUT, the monitor
momentarily becomes totally black when I open or close
Outlook. Furthermore, it is quite slow in opening the
Outlook". The color of inactive bars and tabs and
background color etc on the monitor all change into
strange neon color when Outlook is open.
It does not look normal.

Any solution for these?

I looked at the web site of Download.
Then clicked "Driver", but nothing is video driver.

Therefore, I typed "video driver" in the general download
web page. It showed Microsoft WinHec 2002 Driver Tracks:
Audio/Video. I did download all, such as
20020624WinHecD5a.exe etc. But I feel that this is not the
right program for my problem.

I appreciate your advise.

What website is that? Did you go to the web site of your video card's
manufacturer and check the downloads there?

My computer is Dell Dimension 8200 just purchased last
year. So, I could not find the upgrade, but solved the
problem.
I somehow noticed that the display setting of Outlook
was "Run in 256 color". When I clicked to not activate
this portion, everything is fine.

Thank you for your help.
