New message question

I have a user that is using Outlook 2003. When she clicks on new mail
message the new untitled message box pops up and the from field is blank. I
also have 2003 and I do not see the from field. Her email seems to work
fine, it has her name in the from field when someone receives the email.
Just curious to the difference. Thanks.
