New Menu Bar

Hi,

I have a strange addition to my menu bar, it is appearing when I click on
the new mail button, there I am getting a menu item called NEW, NEW, NEW,
NEW, NEW (5 times). I have tried to remove this from the "Customize" section,
the contents of the NEW menu bar I deleted manually but how to get rid off
the NEW menu item.

From the customization tool, I also tried ..Toolbars, Menubar and the reset
button.

My outlook 2003 now shows like the following when I click a new mail
NEW, NEW, NEW, NEW, NEW, File, Edit, View, Insert, Format etc.....

Try renaming your outcmd.dat file to outcmd.old while Outlook is closed.
Outlook will rebuild the default toolbars the next time you open it. If your
changes to the toolbars "stick" after doing this, then you know it was the
outcmd.dat file causing the problem. Make sure to make a backup of the new
outcmd.dat file so you can restore it if you ever run into the same problem
again.

Note: You'll need to search within hidden Windows folders to find the
outcmd.dat file.
