New Mail Notification Appears TWICE

One of our users is experiencing an issue where his new mail notification
pop-ups twice. This is NOT the systray envelope icon-- I'm referring to the
semi-transparent notification.

We can't seem to resolve this issue. Any help?

I have seen that when the outlook.exe process is running more than once.
Check the Task Manager - or just reboot.
