new logon screen

My logon screen has changed. It was when I turned on the
pc I got three names MY NAME "Mike", ANMIN, and SUE my
and sue bouth use the PC. Now I get a srceen that makes
me hit Alt-Ctrl-Delete after doing so I get anther screen
were i have to key my USER NAME / and PASSWORD and below
that there this an option "a drop down list" to logon to.
One said 102-12 (This Cumputer) and one said "User
Offices" e are to logon to the "User Offices". What is
this for? How was this changed? and What is the Good/bad
of this new logon?

To turn on the "Welcome Screen"
1) Start > Control Panel > User Accounts
2) Select "Change the way users log on or off"
3) Check the "Welcome Screen" option
4) Click "Apply Options"
5) The settings will take effect when you log off.

Why the change, this there any Good/Bad over one way

There's no good or bad, just what you prefer really. It's up to you. At home I
use the Welcome screen at work I use the other one (it's on a network though).
Why you're settings changed I don't know.
