new in setting an account

Hello i am new in this area and i have a HP Vista too. How do I set up to
get email using this set-up, I mean not going into the internet email
systems.

Two tasks. Firstly get an email account with an email provider that supplies
either POP or IMAP email accounts.
Secondly, once you have a POP or IMAP email account, choose your email
client, install and configure it and Robert is your mother's brother.
