New Hardware Upgrade

I have just upgraded my motherboard, and when the computer
boots Windows XP tells me that the hard-drive is not
configured correctley (which it is is) and won't start.
This message is on a blue screen with the error message: -
*** STOP: 0x0000007B (0xF8951640, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000,
0x00000000)
Any suggestions?
