New Hard Drive _ XP Activation

I installed a second hard drive and re-loaded XP. Did I
have to do that? Can not activate second re-load. Can
not fully uninstall XP on first disk. Do not want to re-
format first disk. What is the fix?

If you installed a *second* hard drive, you didn't have to re-load Windows
XP -- unless you wanted Windows XP to boot from that drive.

If you can't activate over the internet, choose to activate by telephone.
Call the number provided to you by Windows, and follow the instructions
given.
