New email account is not showing up in Outlook menu?

I've set up a new email account on Outlook. I've tested the account and it
has come back correct. A test message has been directed to another account
(which is my default). Also the new account is not listing. I have four
email accounts all working via Outlook but I cannot get this new one to work.

Can anyone advise on what I am doing wrong?
