new e-mail messages

New e-mail messages received into my inbox and then immediately disapear. I
have no idea where they are going. Microsoft professonal 2003

The first thing to do is to check that you're sorting by the "Received"
header and not another, like the icon. The second thing is to make sure
your View is set to "Messages' and not "Unread Messages".
