New Domain Controler

Can some help me!!! Ive got a network with one w2k server
as a domain controler.( AC,DNS,DHCP,WINS....) I want to
bring another server on the network to take over from the
old DC.
I thought i had it figured out by promoting one and
demoting the other. I figure ive forgotten the steps i
need to folow when replacing the domain controler. The
main problem i encountered was related DNS, im sure.
Can someone tell me what is the right procedure to do this
especially when there is a dns server and active
directory.

Basically, you need to:

Move the FSMO roles
Set up Wins DHCP, DNS on the new server
Make the new Wins / DNS the primary in DHCP and on the DC's.
Be sure you have replication going
On the DNS, first set it up on the new DC as a secondary and after it
updates, you change change it to primary.
