New Document Default

Hi there,
When opening Word, or using the new empty document icon from th
menubar I am presented with the standard template from Word. I wis
this to be a midified template. I have tried unsuccesfully sofar t
find out how to do this.

Can this be done? Can some1 hint me to where I can find a solution
