I have noticed that any new contact that I have created
in the last few months, when looking in the list of
contacts that I bring up when clicking contacts (while
looking in tasks or appointments for example) to link
that particular contact to the task or appointment, the
icon that is shown, is not an outlook "contact" icon, but
seems to be an outlook "task" icon (a small piece of
paper with a thumbtack in it). I am using a modified
personal contact that I created that has an additional
page with children and birthdays and spouses names on
it. I am not sure if that is connected, but maybe I
saved it incorrectly.
1) Is there a way to correct this, so all future contacts
dont have a "task" icon associated with it?
2)Is there a way to correct the existing icons?
In a somewhat different question, this page that I
created has the "Children" box that I use to put names of
the contacts children in it. I created this by simply
dragging the field box from the list of fields. When I
enter the names of children (and perhaps their
birthdays), and then save it, I notice that the text in
this box is rearranged from how I want it. It kind of
sorts the names using commas, and I would prefer to save
the text exactly as typed. Is there a way to fix this
box, so it just saves the test as typed? and why may it
be saving it how it is doing it now?
