new computer install....which files to copy

I'll be setting up a new computer shortly. I've customized Outlook 2003,
with rules, toolbars, etc. etc. What are the files and where do they live
that I can copy to new computer to make my OL exactly as it is now.

I would use the "file and transfer settings Wizard" for transferring
information to a new computer.

Not sure what 'file & transfer' is. I back up to another drive and then
restore files from there to MyDocs, however Outlook stores many of the other
files in other folders. I think rules, toolbars, etc. are stored in
different places under the user files. Just looking for the 'where' of these
places.
