Finalizing the concurrent processing of current accounts with new Windows Live accounts.

My current domain is ATT.net with four accounts, and I'm switching to
Live.com with corresponding accounts. Once I get Live working, I intend to
have an overlap period where both are active, and ATT mail will get
forwarded to Live (rather than make send/receive handle eight accounts.)
With ATT, I take advantage of the Outlook (OL) feature that moves individual
account mail to specified inboxes. I'll do the same with Live going to the
same inboxes. At the start of the overlap period, I'll send out the change
of address notification, and I'll use the overlap period to catch some of
the stragglers.

The biggest mistake I've made so far was thinking that Outlook Connector
(OC), when setting up a new account, would reach out to Live.com and set up
the account there for me. Needless to say, that isn't true, and I won't
bore you with the details of all the trouble that gave me.

Now that I've set up the primary Live account -- I'll do the other three
when I get this working -- and used OC to connect to it, I've run into (at
least) two new problems.

1) Under Tools/Account settings, the new account shows up as a MAPI account,
which is fine, but there is no Change Folder option at the bottom.

2) Further, under Data Files, the File Name shows as Not Available. I want
this file name to be the same .pst file as the others are using.

Can someone get me past this hurdle?

POP and Exchange accounts get aggregated under the same message store. Each
IMAP account gets its own separate message store. Each HTTP account gets
its own separate message store. Each message store gets its own .pst file.
