New Computer Crashing

I just bought a new Gateway GT5032 Media Center system about a week ago and
I've had some problems. I've had 2 system crashes in the last week where the
computer would just totally lock up on me, the first time I had to cut the
power manually to shut it off and the second crash it restarted
automatically. The only thing it left from these crashes was a minidump from
the 2nd crash. This minidump doesn't say much but it looks like it's saying
the error is a KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M. The minidump also
references watchdog.sys which I have no idea about. These crashes both
happened when I was using the TV Tuner, which leads me to believe that it may
be the source of this problem. However, I've updated the drivers for the TV
tuner (and for everything else) so I just don't know.

Cancel the charge on your credit card ASAP.
