New Business Contact form cannot be displayed

I have outlook 2003. I exported some business contacts to my Incredimail program. Now I cannot add any new new business contacts. I keep getting the error message "The form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator". As I am a sole trader I can't contact myself - so your help is appreciated.

It did this once before and I found the answer in an obscure part of help and had something to do with deleting a cache. I have spent 2 hours searching tonight and can't find it again

Clear the forms cache (find and delete the file frmcache.dat on your hard
drive) or choose Tools, Options, Other, Advanced Options, Custom Forms,
Manage Forms, Clear Cache.
