new browser window

Hi, I have been wondering for a while where i can change
the setting for new browser windows to open Maximaized
instead of in a small half window. I would like all of
my windows/programs(outlook03) to open maximaized.
Any help would be appriciated.

Open to the small window>close ALL others except that one, do not use
maximise button!!>now drag the edges of the small window to fill the
screen>close it with the X. ---- done.
