new browser minimized

when i click on my IE6 icon, a full size maximized browser
opens up.....if I'm on a website where you can click on a
hyperlink that opens up a new window/broswer....what I get
is a small toolbar sized thing with just the minimize
button, the restore button and the close button, and
nothing else. it never used to do that.....how do I fix?

Hi,
Stretch that tiny window out to the desired size (don't maximize it.) Close
other IE windows. Close that window last.
