browser windows open minimized

When I am in a webpage and I click a hyperlink the new
page will open in a new windows (which is what I want)
but the new window is minimized - the window is so small
that you can't even see the maximize button in the upper
right hand corner. I have to stretch out the window.
How do I make the new windows start out maximized?

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
