New Boot Drive

I have to install a new HD also will be primary boot drive. I have the SP4
patch on CD. Is there any way of backing up the other patches "Hotfixes"
that are in my Add/Remove Programs folder? Downloading them again is time
comsuming. If there is a way to just transfer all my files, and the OS to
the new drive C: that would be great. The current HD hasn't crashed yet. Any
ideas?

You need an imaging program such as Acronis TrueImage, Norton
Ghost or PQMagic DriveImage. Some hard disks are sold with their
own "clone" programs. You may even find one on your hard disk
manufacturer's home site.
