New BIOS Chip Windows Frezzes?

I installed a new BIOS chip and configured it, all hardware are the same...

The boot is fine, however as soon as windows "starts" and shows the welcome
screen (for pwd) I loose mouse and keyboard functionality and the "CPU is
working" light keeps flashing, it's been hours already and there's no
change...

I dont know whats up, please help, thanks!

Sorry dont know how to edit, I discovered that it's freezing after I press
any key on the keyboard, aka it's not the welcome screen causing the problem
it's the keyboard,...help? Thx
