nVidia released new beta drivers today, the 40.71s. New features include up to 25% performance boost and digital viberance control. If you haven't already downloaded the 40.41s when they were released, I suggest you check these out. The new control panel alone is worth it. However, these are not WHQL certified, so if you really need that, stick with the latest 3x.xx series. It's important to note that even though these are beta drivers, I have been running them for some time, and they are both stable and don't appear to have any bugs.
There are now drivers available for Windows 9x, as there were only 2k/XP drivers for the 40.41s.
