I need to set up new account. I have clicked tools,accounts, and add. then
mail.live.com - then smpt.live.com. I receive an error message NO:
0x880CCCOC HELP.

Hotmail aka Windows Live Mail have big problems at the moment - many
people can't get mail or log on.

Suggest you try again in a few hours or tomorrow
