Netzero ISP

I recently loaded a fresh install of xp pro. While
installing programs, I added the software for Netzero.
When attempting to dial out, I get an error that says "Ras
is not present". I went to the add/remove programs window
and then windows components but there are no entries there
for RAS. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Take a look at MS Knowledge Base Article #329441. I am reasonably sure the
procedures outlined there will solve your problem.
