I have no idea where the file is located that runs Netzero.

I can run Netzero from Start, Connect to: but I cannot locate the file
from where it loads from. I want to uninstall the Netzero program so
that I can do a fresh intall of the new version.

Program Manager does not indicate that Netzero is installed.

In general, how does one find a progam file if "File Search" cannot
locate it?

Control Panel/Add & Remove?

Not there. Strange isn't it?

Where can I find it?

See if there is anything in the networking folder, or anything under the
C:\Program Files directories.

I have a folder in Program Files that is called NetZero. The executable
according to the shortcut is "C:\Program Files\NetZero\exec.exe". There is
also a program called uninst.exe which might be the uninstall program in the
NetZero folder. I am not sure that this is the uninstall program and I am
also not sure where else things are installed for this program. I do have an
entry in "Control Panel", "add/remove" programs for NetZero.

I am running Windows XP home edition.

Probably not much help but maybe the info will lead you somewhere.
