Networks Connectivity Problem

I tried acessing another over a network, but I received a message "server no
configure for transaction". The network is without a domain, it is a
workgroup network.

This problem has been on since for 2 months now.

What could be the possible problem and the solution.

Try restarting the Server service on the problem machine. Make sure that
the administrative shares have been created. See:
