Networking Windows XP and 98

I want to network a older computer with Windows98 and a new on with Windows XP (Home) through a hub. The 98 has a internal adsl modem so I'd like to set it up as a internet and print server. I plugged both into the hub and ran the Network setup from the Windows XP cd but the hub light doesn't light up for the Windows 98 computer but the Windows XP one does. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

on hold for 20 min, but the jist of it was that I
couldn't use the network wizard in xp to set up a
network. I hope this may help
