Networking Win 2000 & XP Pro

Peer to peer network - updated workstation from Win
2000Rro to Win XP Pro. XP workstation can't find
workgroup on Win2000 Pro server - says user does not have
rights. Workstation can't find path to folders/server.
Ip Address, Computer Name, Workgroup name, all ok...

Hi there,

- try creating accounts with same username and password on each of the PCs
- make sure that both PCs are members of the same workgroup
- Make sure that NetBIOS over tcpip is enabled on the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) properties of each NIC
