Networking: Server Execution Failed

All of a sudden I cannot browse my network. When I Right click the network
icon, and select properties, after a minute or 2, I get "Server execution
failed" right where the icons go on top. Please please help me with this!!!
I depend on my networking. Multiple reboots wont fix this and I will not
reinstall Vista for the 4th time.

Thanks for all suggestions.
