Networking Probs

I have a basic two computer network contected via a hub.

Both computers are sending and receiving information
between each other. The problem lies in the fact that when
you click on 'workgroup computers' only the local computer
comes up. This happens on both computers.

I know the network is working as on one of the computers I
can access the shared folder of the other, this does not
work visa versa however - which I don't have the knowledge
to rectify!!

Please Help!!!!!!

The easiest way if you aren't going to use ics is this
Same workgroup
Fixed IP addresses
Share something!
Connect via \\name or \\ip rather than Network places
