Networking Problem

Hi,
I am a network engineer, but still not familiar with win
XP networking problems, anyway my problem is, i can not
access a computerA in my workgroup but he can access my
computerB.i can ping on computerA ,but i can not access
him.provided that , there is no firewalls or any security
on his computer except a computer password.

So what do u think, i need a solution urgently.

This sounds like an authentication / authorisation problem. Have a look at the
Microsoft document:

Please identify each operating system as XP Home or Pro - the two are NOT at all
the same.

Please start a new thread with a unique subject / title. Your problem report
currently appears at the end of a long thread with at least two other OPs, with
different problems. It's really hard for the experts here to find each report,
such as yours, with this title "Networking Problems".
