networking printers

Hi.

I am having trouble getting my printer to network
properly. I have two computers that connect through a
router, but I can't seem to get the computer that is not
hooked up to the printer to find it over the network.

Is the computer signed in to the network, or have you tried searching for the printer by the IP address, and share name of the PC it's hooked to?? Example, \\12.12.3.103\hpoffic
