Am trying to connect my new broadband router from my ISP but when the
software runs a diagnostic test it comes up that failsd networking interface.
But there are no problems with my network card drivers. Any reasons for this
and what can i do to resolve this?

What software are you running? Did you read the users guide that came with the
software?

How do you know that there are no problems with the drivers?
