Networking Access database

I have a network using 2000Server and Microsoft Access for
the database application. When too many "Agents" log on
to the database (generally more than 20 at a time and up
to 40 at a time) the application and workstations lock
up. Is there a way to expand how many users at a time can
access the database.

I think you should post this question to the Access newsgroup. This is not a
DNS question and sorry can't help. But my first guess is beef up the machine
that the database is running on or allow that many thru ODBC.
